Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Boltboard. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Boltboard is a small, independently operated project in an early stage, so these terms are intentionally short and will be updated as the product grows.
The service
Boltboard is a personal task-management tool with workspaces, boards, lists, cards, checklists, and comments. It is an early MVP and is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the app may be temporarily unavailable during updates or maintenance.
Your account
- You need a valid email address and a password to sign up. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account.
- Let us know at contact.hnhcode@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Boltboard.
Acceptable use
When using Boltboard, you agree not to:
- break the law, or use the app to store or share unlawful content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
- resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload malware, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create in Boltboard. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, back up, and display that content so the app can function. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to use it.
Availability and “as is”
Boltboard is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boltboard and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Ending your use
You can stop using Boltboard at any time and request deletion of your account and data by contacting contact.hnhcode@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access to the service, in whole or in part, if required to protect the service or its users, or if we discontinue the project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Boltboard changes. Material changes will be reflected with an updated “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
